Congratulations to Matt and Jason

Matt Edwards and Jason Lomas are our latest trainees to pass their Ocean Diver, Sheltered Water Dive Training.

Well done you two! 

The picture is of them with one of our instructors at the Dive Studio in Basildon. 

Matt and Jason joined us on 2nd December 2009 and have been committed to their training. They have both enjoyed the training and have applied themselves well to all the skills they were set. They were very quick learners and as well as listening to the poolside training they took advice to improve their diving skills.

Diving Officer Alan Harman took them into Stewards Pool to assess their capabilities and was happy to announce that they had both passed.

Instructors, Roy and Angela, have stated that these students have been excellent trainees, with the proviso they must not let this go to their heads as there is still a way to go.  If they apply themselves in the same manner as the Sheltered Water course they will complete the full course in good time and will become proficient divers because of it.
