Message from Cyprus

Hello everyone, just thought i would let you all know how im getting on in cyprus.  Been here 3 weeks now and did my first open water dive today(14/06/10) we did two dives at GREEN BAY, protaras, cyprus i met the training officer at the bay.  It was easy for me to turn up by boat couse i was working at the water sports in the next bay.  The dives were both shore entrys the first one went to a maximum death of 7.4 M about 5M we did mask clearing and recoving main regulator and fin pivets, didnt see too much there were a few big schools of fish and a fun bit of reef to swim round.  The second dive we went to 12M at about 6M we did some hovering 1M of the floor and done some out of air situations then we swam to about 12M where theres the random statues which have been placed down there.  I'm really enjoying my self I hope your all jealous of me that I'im diving in a shorty wet suit,  lol,  and i look forward to diving with every one when i get back i'll keep you all posted on how im getting on.
