Invitation to a Presentation by Claire Hallibone

from the Protected Wreck Diving & the Nautical Archealogical Society

Following a very successful get together of local Diving Officers in December, as part of an ongoing programme of inter-branch events, we are running an evening's presention looking at the work of the Nautical Archeaological Society (NAS) and in particular diving on Protected Wrecks.

The presentation will be by Claire Hallibone, an insructor with NAS and Training Officer of Bar Zero club.

St Albans Sub-Aqua Club have kindly loaned their facilities so the presentation including discussion will run from 1945 hrs until 2200 hrs at the St Albans SAC Clubhouse, Cottonmill Lane, St Albans. A map and directions can be found at http://www.sasac.co.uk/contact-us.html.

There will be a bar for you to buy refreshments and although no charge for the event, donations to NAS would be much appreciated.

This event is open to all, not just Diving Officers and Instructors, so could you spread the word in your branches please. Apologies in advance if we've missed any clubs off the list, please forward. Hopefully there will also be an opportunity to follow-up on swopping of diving, training and social events amongst the local diving clubs.
