Weybourne 2011
Keen HSAC divers, were getting ready for the first dive Lorna, Alan, Paul, John, Nick and Me. I'd like to thank you all for joining me on Saturday the 5th November 2011. It was a brilliant day and I'm already looking forward to more!
The conditions were lovely, however to get to the wreck we had to start our looong trek. It was hard work - Well done all.The first dive was on the wreck of the Rosalie, which sunk during WWI. The wreck is massive - one dive was not enough to even go around it;
A perfect example to those who think good wrecks are only below 30 mtr - this one was at 8 mtr and was one of the best wrecks I have ever seen!!!
Crabs are in season of changing their shells, which made them vunerable to starfish.
As we were doing Seasearch Observer dives, we paid attention to marine life - we saw a common prawn.

The wreck itself was abundant with anemones: elegant anemone (pink, orange & white) and dahlia anemone.

Plenty of crabs, including a huge hermit crab.

The luckiest lobster on Earth - I managed to convince Lorna that he's is not for dinner!

While searching for fish, Paul and me got to the massive boilers.

The dive was brilliant...... but we tried to make the way back to the cars a bit easier.
